GypsyBug Rental Agreement
  • I understand that I have purchased a GypsyBug.com online business making me an independent advertising business owner.
  • I understand that as a GypsyBug.com business owner I am also a premium advertiser and may place unlimited premium ads at no additional cost.
  • I understand that NO ads containing adult content or links to adult content are allowed on my site.
  • I understand that I must email the GypsyBug franchise agreement found in my back office within 24 hrs of enrollment. By not doing so could hold up my income however it does NOT cancel my franchise.
  • I UNDERSTAND THAT I WILL BE CHARGED AUTOMATICALLY through MY PAYPAL ACCOUNT OR CREDIT CARD for my franchise fee each month until cancelled by either party.
  • I may sell, transfer or will my GypsyBug.com franchise at anytime however there may be a transfer fee not to exceed 10% of the value of sale based on a 10 times gross sales. All ownership transfers are subject to the current monthly pricing and must be completed by calling 909 867-5999 monday-friday 6am to 5pm PST.
  • I understand that my income is based on my efforts of promoting my GypsyBug.com business.
  • I understand that I am to submit a minimum of one article on the topic of my choice each and every month that I remain active. (Joke, Recipe, Trivia or any of over 300 categories)
  • I understand that I will be paid $20.00 for each and every person that enrolls through my storefront to also make one article submission per month.
  • I understand that I may choose to copy and paste ads for an additional 25 cents per ad. (Instructions are inside my back office under "Inventory Program")
  • I understand that I may cancel my participation as a GypsyBug.com business owner (Franchise) at any time by logging into my paypal account. If Payment is by Credit Card, you must call 909 867-5999 during business hours to cancel. GypsyBug.com does not have access to my paypal account and cannot cancel for me. E-mail will NOT be an acceptable means of cancellation! There are no refunds, so it is imperative that you cancel prior to your next billing cycle if you wish to not be charged.
  • I understand that I must provide a Social Security or Tax ID number prior to my yearly income reaching $600. My income will stop until I provide this information.
  • If for any reason I need assistance explaining the program to anyone, I can call the corporate office for assistance.
  • I understand that ALL photos sent to GypsyBug.com become the property of GypsyBug.com and may be used for promotional material.
  • I understand that GypsyBug.com will NEVER sell, or otherwise distribute, my personal information.
  • If any provision of this Agreement or the application thereof shall, for any reason and to any extent, be invalid or unenforceable, neither the remainder of this Agreement nor the application of the provision to other persons, entities, or circumstances shall be affected thereby, but instead shall be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law.
  • I understand that this document contains the entire agreement between GypsyBug.com and me. This Agreement shall not be modified, changed, altered, or amended in any way except through a written amendment signed by all of the parties hereto.
Note: Due to the high volume of e-mails received by GypsyBug.com on a daily basis along with the fact that there is no guarantee that an email is received, please call for all communications (aside from e-mailing sticker photos). Be sure to always use your account number in all communications.
